Study Days are an opportunity to reconnect with fellow Zero Balancers and to share insights and experiences, to ask questions and refine your Zero Balancing skills. There will be time to exchange Zero Balancing sessions, perhaps with someone outside your home range, and receive valuable feedback. The day will also include work in small groups, focusing on specific elements of the protocol.
Alan will be presenting insights from his recently published book, “Structural Energetics in Zero Balancing Bodywork”.
In the afternoon Meher would like to invite your active participation in co-creating the day by bringing any questions, insights and ideas to share. She will also present from her current and ongoing interest in the value of non-diagnosis and “not knowing”. We will explore through touch exercises, how these mind-frames can affect our work in practical terms.
