Core ZBII

Learn Core Zero Balancing (ZB) in central Edinburgh in early October. Core ZBII This workshop is for those who have attended the first Core workshop and are looking to deepen their understanding and application of the Core Zero Balancing protocol. Teacher - Taught by Alan Hext, who since 1983, has trained and worked with Dr Fritz Frederick Smith, the founder of Zero Balancing. Alan will lead a team of certified Zero Balancers instructors currently training to become teachers.  We will provide an excellent level of support in developing your practical touch skills. By the end of the workshop you will be able to perform a Core Zero Balancing session with an embodiment of Zero Balancing principles.
