Learn Core Zero Balancing (ZB) in central Edinburgh in early October. Core ZBI and Core ZBII This workshop is for anyone looking for a thorough introduction to Zero Balancing (Core I) It will also provide an opportunity (Core II) to deepen and complete the Core Zero Balancing programme for those who have attended the first Core workshop. Teacher - Taught by Alan Hext, who since 1983, has trained and worked with Dr Fritz Frederick Smith, the founder of Zero Balancing. Alan will lead a team of certified Zero Balancers instructors currently training to become teachers.  We will provide an excellent level of support in developing your practical touch skills. By the end of the workshop you will be able to perform a Core Zero Balancing session with an embodiment of Zero Balancing principles.
