Core ZB I

Learn Core Zero Balancing (ZB) in central Edinburgh over the May holiday. Teacher = Taught by Alan Hext, who brings over thirty five years of experience teaching ZB internationally.  He will be assisted by three certified Zero Balancers who are training as teachers. You will be supported by an experienced team to develop your touch skills and embodiment of Zero Balancing practice and theory.
