Zero Balancing as a bodywork meditation
ZB days and workshops routinely begin with a group meditation.
How does this aid the awareness we then bring to our bodywork?
The Study Day will provide an opportunity to share our experiences and
become more fully present in our Zero Balancing.
This will allow us to better serve our clients whilst simultaneously nourishing our body-minds
through interactively working with conscious touch.

Open to all who have completed Core ZB 1 workshop or above.

Please arrive at 9.30 am and bring lunch to share with the group.
