Midlands Regional ZB Study Day Spring 2022

A Regional Study Day has been organised for Sunday 24^thApril. Alan Hext will lead the day. He will give a presentation expanding on the insights in his recent book - Structural Energetics in Zero Balancing bodywork. This is an opportunity to reconnect with others, to exchange ZB's, and discover about our structure and energy through embodied exploration. The Study Day is open to all who have completed Core Zero Balancing 1 or more.  The cost is £40. The location is Croughton Village Hall, Wheeler’s Rise, Croughton, NN13 5ND. The day will run from from 10.00 to 5.00. Please arrive at 9.30 for a 10am start.
