Working With The Unknown

Deepen your practice in this restorative 3 day workshop. Our annual ZBUK community gathering is where we give and receive sessions, deepen our skills and learn new ones. Alan Hext, John Hamwee, James Salomons and Juliet Cox explore how we work with the unknown in Z.B and how we might navigate this territory with kindness, curiosity and confidence. Discover the wonder of our omnidirectional joints, engaging our intuition, using split level awareness and the invisible beauty of form and function in the body. We will have a certification ceremony on Friday to acknowledge the work and standard of practice achieved of those who have completed the programme. On Saturday we will have a party with a glass of something you like. An opportunity for glad rags, dance moves and a party piece or stay happily seated! The quiet abbey environment has beautiful gardens and good food . It is a place to recharge and rest as well as learn and meet new and old friends. We hope to see you there to reconnect with each other and our love of Zero Balancing.

John Hamwee

The mysterious and unknown working of our intuition is guiding us all the time as we do a ZB. How can we learn a bit more about it so as to use it more effectively and reliably?

Alan Hext

The nature of omnidirectional joints in the evolution of human comprehension and understanding.

James Salomons

Looking at aspects of awareness during a ZB session and where it is drawn to in our client, ourselves and the field. Being attuned to our sensing faculties is key so we can work with what arises in the moment.

Juliet Cox

If good design is invisible? How we acknowledge the unsung beauty of form and function in the body. Exploring our ideas of balance in Z.B.
