A crucial time in the development of Zero Balancing occurred when Fritz was studying acupuncture with JR Worsley. Both approaches teach a structural-energetic practice whereby energy becomes tangible and alive as an embodied comprehension. This workshop honours this inheritance. It is designed to enliven your awareness of the natural world and nature within you.
We live in a time when the stresses of climate change are increasingly evident and the reduction in biodiversity a statistical fact. Wake up to the nature of the unity of life through cultivating the conscious touch of Zero Balancing within our bodies and the planet we inhabit.
This workshop will be of value to Zero Balancers unfamiliar with Chinese medicine as well as provide insights to those trained in traditional acupuncture.
Alan studied with JR Worsley in the mid-1970s and taught at the Colleges he founded in the UK and USA. He currently teaches an introduction to the Five Elements at the Northern College of Acupuncture. Alan has studied Chinese medical and philosophical classics with Claude Larre & Elisabeth Rochat de la Vallee and has also enjoyed teaching Zero Balancing for over thirty years.
