James Salomons and Penny Baird warmly invite you to Edinburgh for our Core ZB I workshop. This is the first Core workshop and it's open to anyone wanting to learn Zero Balancing. Whether that's to create their own practice, develop their existing skills, or simply out of curiosity - all are very welcome.
Dates:  Thursday 11th - Sunday 14th June 2026
Venue:  Ukrainian Community Centre (AUGB Edinburgh), 14 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh, EH7 5AB
Cost:  £495. Deposit £95 to secure your place. Payment by instalments possible. Reduction for 2 or more workshops previously taken: £345.
Pre-requisites: None. This is an entry level workshop and is open to anyone wanting to learning Zero Balancing.

James, has been practising and studying Zero Balancing for 11 years and graduated as a ZB teacher last year as part of the European Teacher Training Programme. James organises the annual advanced ZB workshop at Samye Ling in Scotland, now in it's fourth year.
